Dance can provide the solution for many, mixing
music with the fun of learning some sexy new
moves while breaking a sweat. Often time
goes by much more quickly, making it easier to
get the health benefits of aerobic activity.
Popular styles include Latin beats, Hip Hop, and
belly and Bollywood dance.
If you don't have time or money for classes,
it's possible to have a regular dance routine in
the privacy of your own home. Traditional DVD's
are still available (some can also be streamed
to multiple device types, check DVD listings).
In recent years game systems, particularly
Nintendo Wii, have offered dance fitness workout
titles. Some of these are also available
on other platforms (check Wii listings).
Work-out Apps are also starting to become
available for personal devices.
